I was shopping around for a used truck or SUV for over two weeks when I found a Ford Ranger on CarGurus that was a close match to what I was looking for. The only problem is that it was a 5 hour drive to two weeks when I found a Ford Ranger on CarGurus that was a close match to what I was looking for. The only problem is that it was a 5 hour drive to pick it up. I asked if they would deliver and they replied yes. I decided to meet them in Eugene so their drive would be only 3 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend Kendall Ford of Bend. More
I found this to be very easy. I did not spend lots of time there, the truck was exactly as ordered and the process was quick and painless. Thank you!. I did not spend lots of time there, the truck was exactly as ordered and the process was quick and painless. Thank you!. More

My recent "brake repair visit" reminded me of the Central Oregon old fashioned service that I have come to expect from Ford. As Bend grows it is getting harder to find "good, old fashioned service". Keep up the good service work. More
I bought a used vehicle at Kendall Ford in Prineville with the intention of giving it to my grand daughter to take with her in 3 weeks to go to college. . The vehicle was just traded in when we looked at with the intention of giving it to my grand daughter to take with her in 3 weeks to go to college. . The vehicle was just traded in when we looked at and purchased. It had not been detailed as of purchase. After signing all the papers and closing the deal, we left the vehicle at the dealership for detail. When my grand daughter came back the next day to pick up the vehicle, it had been washed but interior might have been vacuumed, but not anywhere close to clean. The carpet was not shampooed. The most visible were the many spots or stains on the headliner. The dirty headliner is almost what you could call disgusting and when I saw the vihicle, I was totally disapointed in the detail. My grand daughter is leaving for college in 10 days and would appreciate a better detail of the vehicle. We live in Sisters so detail work in the Bend store would be more convenient for us than driving to Prineville . Please contact me at your convenience for your reply. Everything else went well with the purchase. Thanks Gary 541 480 1013 More

I've had my 2001 F350 serviced at the Quick-Lane since +/- 2007, and always had great and friendly experiences--until my most recent visit.
