I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my second new vehicle from Kendall Ford and from Keith Herchberger. I was actually looking to purchase this second vehicle from another dealership but after the tw vehicle from Kendall Ford and from Keith Herchberger. I was actually looking to purchase this second vehicle from another dealership but after the two salesmen I dealt with refused to negotiate the price of the car and blatantly lied about FOMOCO selling an aftermarket cold-air intake system I decided to talk with Keith Herchberger at Kendall. After talking with Keith I was able to negotiate an unbelievable price and Keith walked me over to the parts department and we were able to order the aftermarket cold-air intake system from Roush racing. Keith is by far the best salesman in the business and Kendall is lucky to have him on their sales team. I've dealt with many sales people before in the past and have never felt I was treated with the kind of respect, honesty, truthfulness, and real customer service that I've always received from Keith at Kendall. I recommend Keith Herchberger to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. I really can't say enough good things about Keith. Keith stayed in contact with me through the entire process and I look forward to doing business with Keith and Kendall Ford for all my future purchases. More

I bought a 2006 truck from Kendall. The dealership took two weeks to mail purchase invoice so I could have money wired to their bank. The money was wired directly into their account. They still haven't taken care of paper work (title, registration)one month later. I was promised two sets of keys w/ truck. Only recieved one. To this date they are still stalling about paperwork. While towing our 5th wheel north on I-5, on Sunday April 11, 2010, we decided to stop at a rest area. As I was about to stop my engine died. We tried everything possible to restart the 6.0L diesel to no ava 11, 2010, we decided to stop at a rest area. As I was about to stop my engine died. We tried everything possible to restart the 6.0L diesel to no avail. I called my sales, Tim, rep at Kendall Ford in Eugene and explained the problem. Tim offered to bring his truck to the rest area and tow our 5th wheel home and have our truck towed to the dealer for repair. This was unexpected and an appreciated offer. Fortunately, we have Camping World's Road Care insurance. They sent 2 trucks to our aid. One took the pick up to Kendall and the other towed the 5th wheel to an RV park near Eugene, Oregon. Kendall repaird our truck on Monday, the next business day, and sent the shuttle to take me to the dealership to get the truck. The next day we started for Roseburg, Oregon where we live. About 40 minutes south of Eugene the front hose blew off the turbo and we were again stranded. I, again, called Kendall Ford and spoke with our service rep Chad who immediately dispatched a mechanic to repair our truck. I couldn't believe it when he showed up some 40 minutes later with new parts and repaired our truck and got us back on the road, at no additional charge to me. In my opinion, this is customer service above and beyond the call. Thank you Kendall Ford of Eugene. The next time we need service or another vehicle we will definately come to your dealership. I have all good to say about my total Kendall experience. My husband wanted to buy me a new car for my 60th birthday July 2009 and I gave specific details for what I wanted for my very first NEW car. (I've always had eight or ten year old cars), the closest I came to a new car was last year when I was shopping for a NEW car and Kendall was recommended by a friend. I wasn't able to get the car with the details I put in for because I shopped too late in the year and they stopped making the color I wanted. The dealer suggested that I could pick the best one out of the ones that I tried and then start early next year 2010 and put in my specifications of what I wanted in my new car and use it (I picked a 2006 Fusion) for a trade in. In Feb 2010 I did just that but I was still not early enough and again they stopped making what I wanted. Kendall came to the rescue. They received my request online Feb13th that's when Kendall got the ball rolling cause they sent an e-mail right away and called me the next day and kept in touch with me from then on, getting information, up to the time when I finally made an appointment Feb 26th. Kendall was able to round up my NEW car with the main requests I had asked for. I arrived at Kendall in Eugene Feb 26 2010 and to my surprise it wasn't the SE I had asked for. Tim Gonyea said that if I didn't like it they would keep working on it till I did. Instead my dealer did me one better and rounded up an SEL with all that I had asked for and more. It was my DREAM car but I never dreamed I'd ever get it cause it was an upgrade from the SE I thought I was getting. I was thoroughly surprised and satisfied, teary eyed, and grateful in my whole Kendall experience. I wasn't rushed, pressured, or intimidated in anyway. My husband and I were taken care of with the friendly, caring, and knowledgeable dealers the whole time we were there. They checked all their sources and got it financed with the lowest interest rates ever and in a payment range that works great for us. To make a long story short, the 2006 Fusion SE I settled for last year was a great car also and got the same great treatment then as now. We also got the Crystal Fusion put on the windshield. Thanks to Sue Hobbins, Charlotte Gillie, Krista Farver, for getting the ball rolling and all the contacts, and most of all Tim Gonyea our dealer in 2009 and 2010 for the final find and Will Rife for drawing up the final sales finance package.
