I drove my 2000 model F150 just about into the ground. I loved that truck so I went and checked out the new models. I had not heard of the F150 Ecoboost so I am really glad that the salesman Jess pointed m loved that truck so I went and checked out the new models. I had not heard of the F150 Ecoboost so I am really glad that the salesman Jess pointed me right to it. I am on the highway a lot so I might be getting close to 25mpg compared to probably 15-17 in my old truck. And it has more power and is easier to drive than my old one. The salesman was a pretty funny guy and I think we worked out a pretty good deal which made it affordable for me. I could not be happier with my new truck. More
It was time for me to trade in my 2008 vehicle and our family circumstances had changed as we have been doing a lot of traveling and camping with our new camp trailer. But after being shown some different options, and talking it over with Jake, there was a great price on a 2011 F250 diesel, and let me tell you this is definately a big boy truck. I have now purchased four vehicles from Kendall, three new and one used and have been very pleased every time. I have also had three different sales people help me in these transactions, however this time Jake went well above the call of duty. His professionalism, knowledge of prduct, and knowledge of inventory, made my experience a good one. He is a closer, so he did not run to the managers desk and the big heavy come out to make the sale. Jake stuck it out with my sarcastic humor and made this experience a pleasurable one. So much so, that I told my co-worker who was also looking for a truck to go see Jake. I rarely if ever do that unless I am impressed, and I do sales for a living, so it really is not that easy to impress. I will be telling others to go see Jake, as everyone here in our office is in love with the new Ford products. Great job Jake, well done Kendall, and thank you Ford! More
Historically I abhor dealing with dealers and especially their salesmen. Three years ago I met Brian Cox at Kendall Ford looking for a Sportrack. Even though I was somewhat rude to Brian(I expected a bad ex their salesmen. Three years ago I met Brian Cox at Kendall Ford looking for a Sportrack. Even though I was somewhat rude to Brian(I expected a bad experience), he kept his cool, listened well and showed me that he and the group at Kendall were completely different from previous experiences. This November I came back to trade into a F150 and I got the same oustanding treatment from Brian, his mgr, service and parts dept, and finance just like the last time. This is unique for me to have a great experience purchasing a vehicle. This has to come from top management on down and I appreciate that. BTW, I live in Hillsboro, but chose to drive down to Eugene because this matters to me greatly. I'll be seeing Brian and Kendall Ford again soon. -Tim Akers More

We received an online estimate for a Fusion Hybrid that included an erroneous $2000 rebate. When the error was discovered, Kendall Ford immediately honored the estimate even though it meant they were sell included an erroneous $2000 rebate. Tim Gonyea spent about 6 hours with us over 3 days. He was well informed, never put any pressure on us, and was delighted when we got such a good deal. Cory Newport arranged for us to compare a Fusion Hybrid with a Camry Hybrid, and had both cars waiting for us. He was also very low key and never put any pressure on us to buy. Gary Newport was helpful in finding the color we wanted. The entire staff, including the boss, Steve Ruiz, at Kendall Ford was pleasant, attentive in the best of ways, professional, and gave us excellent service even though they all knew they were losing money on the deal. You can't ask for better than that. More

Keith Herchberger and the Kendall dealership has been the best experience I ever had with purchasing new vehicles. We purchased 20 cars in 2011 and we plan to buy more in 2012 from Keith. Not only have we ex best experience I ever had with purchasing new vehicles. We purchased 20 cars in 2011 and we plan to buy more in 2012 from Keith. Not only have we experienced excellent service on the sales side of things but we have been very impressed with the service department as well. I feel you could offer seminars to other dealers on how to improve their service departments. I will only bring my vehicle to you - I just don't trust other dealers. More
