Brian Cox has great knowledge about the truck we bought and took the time to go over everything so we understood exactly what we were buying. In several situations he helped us by clarifying what he heard from us concerning our needs in accessories and performance features. At no time did he give us the feeling of being pressured or that we were wasting his time. Brian was friendly, truthful,and professional at all times and really went to work to make the financial negotiations we needed possible. We were also extremely surprised and overwhelmed with the gentleman who put the exceptional financial loan packet together for us. We decided to replace our Mustang with a 4 door vehicle and Brian was very imformative and patient with us as we test drove different types of vehicles and looked at the various options available for the F and Brian was very imformative and patient with us as we test drove different types of vehicles and looked at the various options available for the Ford Fusion that we decided to get. It was enjoyable to work with a sales person who was willing to take the time and work with us until we ordered the 2010 Fusion we decided on. I don't know of another car dealer employee who would put over a month into helping a customer make an informed decision. I reccomend Kendall Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them and I also took my Daughter into the when she needed a newe vehicle and again they were very helpful. More

I drove my 2000 model F150 just about into the ground. I loved that truck so I went and checked out the new models. I had not heard of the F150 Ecoboost so I am really glad that the salesman Jess pointed m loved that truck so I went and checked out the new models. I had not heard of the F150 Ecoboost so I am really glad that the salesman Jess pointed me right to it. I am on the highway a lot so I might be getting close to 25mpg compared to probably 15-17 in my old truck. And it has more power and is easier to drive than my old one. The salesman was a pretty funny guy and I think we worked out a pretty good deal which made it affordable for me. I could not be happier with my new truck. More

Not only did he let me know about the pros and cons of the new powerstroke, he also got into details about the other 3/4 ton diesel trucks on the market. I was at Lithia Ford in Roseburg and was treated very poorly. Its pretty sad that I will happily drive over 1 hour north to make any other vehicle purchases. Low pressure, Low prices and everyone is fun to deal with at Kendall. THANKS GUYS! More
I came into Eugene to do some car shopping (live in oakridge). I went to most of the dealerships in town looking at used vehicles. I would recomend that anyone who wants to find a good car, and be treated fairly go to go to Kendall Ford in Eugene. I got a nice used vehicle, and a good price on my trade in. Happy Hunting! More
Purchased a used F350 powerstroke - the power is amazing and the mileage is far better than I expected (much much better than my buddies Cheby). Plus this truck can carry a a heavy pay load! It was time for me to trade in my 2008 vehicle and our family circumstances had changed as we have been doing a lot of traveling and camping with our new camp trailer. But after being shown some different options, and talking it over with Jake, there was a great price on a 2011 F250 diesel, and let me tell you this is definately a big boy truck. I have now purchased four vehicles from Kendall, three new and one used and have been very pleased every time. I have also had three different sales people help me in these transactions, however this time Jake went well above the call of duty. His professionalism, knowledge of prduct, and knowledge of inventory, made my experience a good one. He is a closer, so he did not run to the managers desk and the big heavy come out to make the sale. Jake stuck it out with my sarcastic humor and made this experience a pleasurable one. So much so, that I told my co-worker who was also looking for a truck to go see Jake. I rarely if ever do that unless I am impressed, and I do sales for a living, so it really is not that easy to impress. I will be telling others to go see Jake, as everyone here in our office is in love with the new Ford products. Great job Jake, well done Kendall, and thank you Ford! More
