My husband works very hard for his family-he has always wanted a Toyota Tacoma. We came to Kendall Ford because we saw a red one in the car row, when we got out and started looking at it Brian came right wanted a Toyota Tacoma. He was very nice and really seemed interested in us, "where you from", "how you doing" "what kind of car are you interested in"? Good questions that got us talking and we even found we knew some of his own family at the coast where we are from. My husband told him what he was looking for and Brain really knows his vehicles, they started talking all about Tacoma's and the red Tacoma on the lot just wasn't the right one-so we decided to go, but Brian said I will be in touch. Not an hour later he called saying "I think I got the one"! From that point on we all worked together to help my husband get the truck he has always wanted. But I guess the point of this whole review is to say, that Brain really worked hard to get the price right and help us through the good stress of really "not expecting to buy a truck today". I feel he was really working to help Ray to have the truck he has always wanted, sure the sales are great, but Brian is so very kind and genuine,he seemed to really care, and the truck really is the one for Ray-and I think Brian found that out by talking to Ray to find out really who he is. The truck is beautiful and Ray is very happy. The whole day was a pleasure there at Kendall Ford, everyone was very nice. More
