I’m 93 years old and came into the dealership by bus to look at a new 2012 Ford Fusion. I didn’t have the intensions to meet the most polite young man. I was really surprised by his product knowledge about look at a new 2012 Ford Fusion. I didn’t have the intensions to meet the most polite young man. I was really surprised by his product knowledge about the Fusion. My wife liked the car already and wanted me to sit in one because im six feet four inches and cannot fit into our Soul we currently have. We needed something comfortable, easy to get into, and enough truck space to put both of our golf bags in. Once Drew found my wife and I the perfect Fusion, he drove me around Eugene (as I do not have a license he had to drive) going along the same routes my wife and I do every day, almost as if it was our car already. We went back into the dealership and I talked with the young man for probably more then he wanted to hear but he seemed interested. Once my wife got off work she drove us down to Kendall Ford where Drew helped us get into my favorite car in my 93 years here. More

I had a great experience at Kendall Ford. I was in there for a couple of days and I found both gentleman that helped me to be very professional and easy to deal with. I was not in there because I wanted to for a couple of days and I found both gentleman that helped me to be very professional and easy to deal with. I was not in there because I wanted to buy a car, I was in there because I had to buy a car, so it was very nice to meet with such sweet genuine sales people. At no time did I feel I was being lead or talked into something I didn't want. They were great. Thank you. More

Visiting Kendall to purchase a vehicle from a dealership was the first stop in my car buying experience. After visiting with Ronnie Arnold, it will probably be the only stop I need to make. this dealership has been awesome to deal with. every staff member is courteous, knowledgeable, and just make you feel like you are family. I will not go to another dealership other than Kendall. Drew Geiger was the most professional salesman I have ever ran across in the car buying arena. He was low pressure and let my daughter I have time to think about out big purchase. We both loved the clinic for new car owners/sync that was held by Kendall. It gave us all a chance to ask questions regarding anything to do with our car or the sync features... also gave us a chance to meet service,collision and the parts managers that we will be dealing with. During the new car owner clinic we also recieved one on one time for any additional questions or help with the sync programing. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had... and this is my 5th new car and 3rd new Ford. My next car/truck will come from Kendall Ford. More

My husband and I bought a 09 Matrix from Kendall. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. What I liked most about Ronnie was the fact that he wasn't like every other salesman that I've dealt with Everyone we worked with was very friendly. What I liked most about Ronnie was the fact that he wasn't like every other salesman that I've dealt with at previous dealerships. He listened to what we were wanting and didn't play games with us. There was some miscommunication at one point with the price but I ended up being more impressed with Ronnie than I was with the head manager who had told us one thing the night before than he did when we came back the next day. Ronnie went above and beyond to take care of us and push for us to get the deal we had been promised the night before. Go to Ronnie if you don't like all the other crap that most salesman pull with you =) More
I wanted a Ford Focus and found the car I bought online before going to the dealership. It was more expensive than I could afford, but I received a good price after working with Chuck. He understood my need and why I wanted the car I chose. He was respectful of the price I could afford and worked hard to get a good price. My husband has purchased our other Ford vehicle from Chuck in the past, so I requested him because I knew he would be fair, respectful, and do his best to find the car I need. More
