I gave this rating because the customer service was great! Jess saw us getting out of our car and casually walked over to us and asked if we were interested in looking at something specific. We then went on a test drive with him. I asked him multiple questions about the vehicle and he was upfront with everything he knew about it. If he didn't know he didnt make some BS up he got the answers when we arrived back at the lot. He was laid back and easy going. If it wasn't for the cars you wouldn't know that you were at a lot. He wasn't pushy, didn't takes us all over the lot looking at cars we didn't want to see. He made us feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend them, especially Jess, to anyone looking to buy a car. I gave this rating because the sales man was great and didn't try to push us in to anything. He was ready to help us find what we wanted, without the song and dance that gets me angry every time I try to didn't try to push us in to anything.
