I purchased a vehicle from Kendall Ford on 05/20/12, and it was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. I have been looking at cars for a few months, and I have had some very negative experiences with car it was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. I have been looking at cars for a few months, and I have had some very negative experiences with car dealers lately. In this case, I located a vehicle online which was priced very well. I contacted their internet sales person, Amy, who sent me info on the vehicle. My Wife and I decided to take a look at the car and made the 4 hour round trip drive to their dealership where I met the Cory Newport. Mr. Newport was AWESOME. He did not try to up sell us and was very pleasant. Mr. Newport sold us the car we wanted at a fair price and never made us feel like we were intruding on his life as so many other car dealers do. The whole transaction went through without a hitch and we are very happy with our purchase. My wife and I have already decided the next vehicle we purchase will be from Kendall. More

I initially went to Kendall Ford in Eugene, OR to buy an Acura they had on their lot. After speaking with Craig (manager) over the phone about certain issues on the finance end with that car, I was assured Acura they had on their lot. After speaking with Craig (manager) over the phone about certain issues on the finance end with that car, I was assured that there was a vehicle they had that would suit my needs, and would fit into the finance part of the deal as well. Sure enough as soon as I arrived on the lot he had some ideas laid out for me. We wound up settling on a 2006 Mustang, almost the exact opposite of what I thought I would get. Kind of funny, but it felt great that just because one car didn't work out, they didn't give up on me. In comes Jess (salesman) which just influenced my experience with Kendall just that much more positively. Without going into complete detail, long story short I have never been treated with so much respect as I was with Kendall. They weren't pushy like many dealers I have had the DISpleasure of dealing with, they had GREAT customer service and they worked with me extensively to help meet my needs. My new car hadn't been through the detail shop yet, so they loaned me a rental car, free of charge, just so the deal would work out. Signing the papers on my Mustang was a kick, Tammy is a great person to work with and is very knowledgable in what she does, and she has a great personality to top it all off! All in all, I 100% recommend going to Kendall! They're great people and will do whatever necessary to help you out! More

I had called first and was introduced to Jess Boysen. He met me in the car I was interested in on the lot, and the rest of my day there went smooth and wonderful! Jess is a very kind and polite salesman, and made me feel at ease with my entire experience. No one there pressured me or tried to "wheel and deal" me, intimidate me or make me feel uncomfortable. I definitely had those negative experiences on other lots. My mom and my kids were with, and we were all treated like friends! My kids played in their set up "kids area" and they served my mom and I coffee. Michael, a manager there was absolutely wonderful as well- They recognized my mom as a Kendall customer also, and really made sure their care of us, as repeat customers, felt like a friendship, not a cold "them- against us" money dealing experience. I was met with honesty on their part w numbers, so I felt I could be honest back with the whole deal. They had mechanical records for the Escape, they made sure it was shiny and clean before I drove it off, and Jess has called and emailed since to make sure all is well ( a month later) and that I still feel good in the car and happy with my experience. I was SO impressed with my service, ( as good service is so hard to find these days) that I just referred a friend this last weekend, who also said he had a great experience! Definitely check this lot out ( Kendall Ford/ used cars or new). And a tip I learned: approach these guys with honesty and respect- and they give it back 150%. We had the best car buying experience with this dealership. We had been looking for a pretty specific vehicle for a while with no luck. On a whim, I expanded my search further away from home, and up popped exactly what we were looking for. We were more than 4 hours drive away, and this dealership made it SO easy on us! We did all the terms via email and phone. We got there, drove the vehicle and then got busy. We just had to fill out a couple forms, wait for the finance guy to get the paperwork together, and then we signed the papers and drove home! Everyone was super nice and helpful, and although we are super far away, our salesman told us that he wants to help us with any questions as long as we own the car. There was even one crack on a section of the interior which we wouldn't have noticed, and they are ordering the replacement part for us, mailing it to us, and then paying for us to take it to a local dealership to get it fixed. We have decided that this dealership is so stellar that we will make the drive again next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I bought a certified ford from Kendall and Drew. They were both professional and efficient. After a salesperson not treating me very well when i was looking as Mazda's, i went into ford and found it much were both professional and efficient. We have tried using the Service Center several times over the years and are always left with a bad taste. The service personal can be extremely rude and will take longer than any other dealership that I hav the years and are always left with a bad taste. The service personal can be extremely rude and will take longer than any other dealership that I have to deal with. EVERY time we bring in a van for service, we are left waiting for parts or they just cant get to it and to top it off they are more expensive than any of the others that we use throughout the northwest. Our last visit was definately our last, we have given up on this place and I will definately pass this on to others in my field. We are a Service company with a Fleet of 25 Fords. More
I bought my new Ford Fusion from a really nice salesperson named Drew. He was not pushy and understood my needs. He helped my Wife and I decide what features we wanted and needed. We looked at several different makes and models but in the end the one he picked out for us was the best choice. I would recommend both Drew and Kendall Ford. I cannot wait to purchase again. More
