Wayne Brown was my salesman. He was very nice and patient while he showed me cars they have on the lot. He took the time to listen to what was important to me in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect matc while he showed me cars they have on the lot. He took the time to test drive vehicles and was not pushy at all through the whole process. I felt that he was honest and made me feel like a valued customer than a quota to meet. Wayne even came in on his day off to finalize the sell and then called me later that night to check to see if everything was good. I appreciated all his hard work and excellent customer service. One of my most memorable and happy experiences purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. Thank Wayne! You rock! More

We never felt any pressure from anyone in the dealership who played a role in our purchase. We never felt pressured. It was the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have ever had - and we've been buying cars for more years than I care to remember. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job of representing Kendall Ford than Wayne Brown did. We got the car we wanted at a fair price. We'd return to Wayne and Kendall Motors in a heartbeat! More
I really appreciate the great service at the Kendall Collision Center. I wanted to figure out why the right turn signals were blinking really fast. Tony Appellof and the mechanic who checked out my car said it was the connector. So they replaced it for no charge! They were really nice and my car has not had that problem since. Looked around all of Salem, Eugene, Medford and Klamath Falls. First I went into Kendall Cadillac and they tried to give me only $6,500 for my Jeep Commander trade in even after i told them that i had alre Falls. I obvioulsy walked out, Later i went into Kendall Ford and with the help of Wayne i was given $10,800 for the jeep and paid cash for the car i wanted. Of course i had to work a little on getting the price i wanted, but the the service was awesome, everyone was very friendly, and Wayne even came in on his day off to make sure i was taken care of and the deal went through without any issues. Its a car dealership, same tactics to try to get you to buy, but if you do your part and know what you want and at what price, these guys will work with you. Will be coming to this dealership first for my next purchase. Highly Recommended. More

I came in to start looking for a used car to replace my car with high mileage. Brenna Cahill helped me. She was wonderful. If I could have rated her higher on friendliness, I would have. She spent a lot of time with me letting me drive many different cars. She was extremely patient and not at all pushy. This was the best part about my experience. I brought my husband in a couple of days later and did some more test driving. She still was not pushy. We came back the next day and finally sealed the deal. I would highly recommend using Brenna to help you find a car. Chad helped us with our financing and was also very helpful. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Kendall Ford and will not hesitate to purchase another from them when necessary. More
Ended up at Kendall to have a service performed on my 2008 SportsTrak (radiator failure). Ronnie showed me some vehicles and I was interested in a used 2008 F-150. Had to rent a car, drive to Portland and came back the next day after rapid repair service. Ronnie came in on his day off to meet with me and help me get a trade worked for the F150. Excellent customer service by Ronnie and all the Kendall team while I was there. I live 100 miles away from this dealership, but would drive back there to shop for my next car/truck and will refer friends and family to Ronny and Kendall! More

After months of comparing cars on the internet(mainly for MPG), I started looking at the physical attributes of the vehicles. The Ford Focus was the third car I looked at. What started off as "just a test drive" on a Saturday afternoon turned into me leaving with the car. Jess was wonderful with all of the questions that I had, helped with the negotiation of a price we could both be happy with and even set up the hands free system so I was ready to go. I have bought many different cars and pickups throughout my life and I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership. More
