Looked around all of Salem, Eugene, Medford and Klamath Falls. First I went into Kendall Cadillac and they tried to give me only $6,500 for my Jeep Commander trade in even after i told them that i had alre Falls. I obvioulsy walked out, Later i went into Kendall Ford and with the help of Wayne i was given $10,800 for the jeep and paid cash for the car i wanted. Of course i had to work a little on getting the price i wanted, but the the service was awesome, everyone was very friendly, and Wayne even came in on his day off to make sure i was taken care of and the deal went through without any issues. Its a car dealership, same tactics to try to get you to buy, but if you do your part and know what you want and at what price, these guys will work with you. Will be coming to this dealership first for my next purchase. Highly Recommended. More

I came in to start looking for a used car to replace my car with high mileage. Brenna Cahill helped me. She was wonderful. If I could have rated her higher on friendliness, I would have. She spent a lot of time with me letting me drive many different cars. She was extremely patient and not at all pushy. This was the best part about my experience. I brought my husband in a couple of days later and did some more test driving. She still was not pushy. We came back the next day and finally sealed the deal. I would highly recommend using Brenna to help you find a car. Chad helped us with our financing and was also very helpful. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Kendall Ford and will not hesitate to purchase another from them when necessary. More
Ended up at Kendall to have a service performed on my 2008 SportsTrak (radiator failure). Dave in service was helpful, including directing me to sales to consider the possiblity of trading my vehicle in 2008 SportsTrak (radiator failure). Ronnie showed me some vehicles and I was interested in a used 2008 F-150. Had to rent a car, drive to Portland and came back the next day after rapid repair service. Ronnie came in on his day off to meet with me and help me get a trade worked for the F150. Excellent customer service by Ronnie and all the Kendall team while I was there. I live 100 miles away from this dealership, but would drive back there to shop for my next car/truck and will refer friends and family to Ronny and Kendall! More

After months of comparing cars on the internet(mainly for MPG), I started looking at the physical attributes of the vehicles. The Ford Focus was the third car I looked at. What started off as "just a test drive" on a Saturday afternoon turned into me leaving with the car. Jess was wonderful with all of the questions that I had, helped with the negotiation of a price we could both be happy with and even set up the hands free system so I was ready to go. I have bought many different cars and pickups throughout my life and I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership. More
We had a GREAT experience at Kendall Ford with Jess. Jess was very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and quick to listen to our needs and preferences for car buying. Additionally, if there was something he could not answer, he consistently went out of his way to find answers for us. He was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness, and encouraging toward the whole process. Customer service, listening to the customer and working outside the box, this is what I look for, but what I have learned is missing. My experience with this purchase started with a phone call, wanted a price on a car, knew what I wanted and so knowing the price, was the sole factor of the call, going to buy, just needed to know exact cost. Was told vehicle was in transit, this was Monday and on Thursday a phone call and the car was on the lot. My wife test drove it that afternoon and then we both went back that evening and purchase the vehicle. Here is the point the Keith work really was finding the rebates, and he went outside the box and found a reward rebate since we had a Ford Ranger, he explained all the paperwork and answer all the questions. Doing the paperwork was quick and easy and Sal explained the functions of the vehicle and so the experience was what I wanted. I did not want to waste anyone time, knew what I wanted, plain and simple and Keith and Sal provided there experience to give us the best deal possible and made sure all bases were covered. This is Kendall Ford and this is how a dealership should be run, listen to the customer, meet his needs, and step outside box, would be amazed how much business is gained by word of mouth. We have purchase here many times, this is the reason, don't like fast talking sales people, don't want to be pushed into buying something I do not want or need, just be simple folks, make the experience to the customer that will bring him back, bring family and friends in. So I thank Keith and Sal, they made it enjoyable, they made it easy, I find this rare today, customer service, the true meaning of it, something that is lost today, but was a part of the business many years ago and at Kendall it still is.
