I am giving a "great" rating across the board. I worked with Michael Higgins for the purchase of my 2013 Escape, and though I was considering other models from other lots, Michael was pati board. I worked with Michael Higgins for the purchase of my 2013 Escape, and though I was considering other models from other lots, Michael was patient in allowing me to make the best decision that worked for our family, without an aggressive sales pitch. Because Kendall has several lots, Michael provided me with the opportunity to test drive all of the vehicles that I was considering. He was informative and great to work with. This is the second Ford our family has purchased in the last month. Great friendly service and a great experience! More
I went to look for a used Escape, saw one, told the salesman what I had to trade, that I had looked on KBB, NADA and Edmunds, and made it clear I did not want to go through a big long negotiation. He told me no problem they didn't do that;.So I made an appointment to come back and when I came back 1 1/2 days later the price had gone up by $1000. They at first denied they did that, Then when given the printout from the internet they "e;didn't know how that happened"e;, but would honor it even though it wasn't the price. They tried to lowball me on my trade and wouldn't budge on the selling price that was Still above Kelly, NADA, and Edmunds dealer retail. They even insisted that they were giving me a discount (which was from the 2nd and higher price, not the one they showed me before and was posted on the internet.)I asked the salesman to show the Sales Manager the internet printout I brought, and somehow that couldn't be found. I wanted better tires and they said they would give them to me at cost. When I asked what that was, they quoted me $700. which is way above retail for that particular tire at any tire store in town. A wasted day, but I see how one can cave in to get away from the grind. The next day I saw an ad for the same car in the R.G. It was a third and different price yet.similar to the original price they showed me. Well I went to Portland area, bought a similar Escape for close to $1,000 under retail, with great tires, got more for my trade than Kendalls highest figure, and the whole process including drive time was less time than the total time I spent at Kendall I would NEVER recommend buying there. More
I was very pleased with my sales experience at Kendall Ford. We looked at a Ford C-MAX, and made several visits over the course of two weeks. Although my salesmen, Drew, was rather you he surprised me with his courtesy, knowledge, and level of customer service. In three to four years when it is time to trade it in i hope he is still there. RESPECT, RESPECT, RESPECT!!! Get the picture. I have never been treated with more respect with buying a car or truck than I was at Kendall Ford with Wayne Brown as my salesperson. He was informative, respectful, knowledgable, kind and got us a GREAT deal. I would highy recommend Kendall Ford and Wayne. Wayne even said he would set up all of our service appointments and will help our family and friends to have the same experience that my wife and I had. I am pushing 80 years old and have purchased many cars and trucks and have NEVER had the experience I had at Kendall Ford and especially Wayne. He was a no pressure type of guy. He listened to our every need and was the most honest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Wayne for changing my view on dealerships and car salespeople. Wayne Brown was my salesman. He was very nice and patient while he showed me cars they have on the lot. He took the time to listen to what was important to me in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect matc while he showed me cars they have on the lot. He took the time to test drive vehicles and was not pushy at all through the whole process. I felt that he was honest and made me feel like a valued customer than a quota to meet. Wayne even came in on his day off to finalize the sell and then called me later that night to check to see if everything was good. I appreciated all his hard work and excellent customer service. One of my most memorable and happy experiences purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. Thank Wayne! You rock! More

We never felt any pressure from anyone in the dealership who played a role in our purchase. We never felt pressured. It was the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have ever had - and we've been buying cars for more years than I care to remember. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job of representing Kendall Ford than Wayne Brown did. We got the car we wanted at a fair price. We'd return to Wayne and Kendall Motors in a heartbeat! More
I really appreciate the great service at the Kendall Collision Center. I wanted to figure out why the right turn signals were blinking really fast. Tony Appellof and the mechanic who checked out my car said it was the connector. So they replaced it for no charge! They were really nice and my car has not had that problem since. I would highly recommend that you visit Kendall for all of your questions! More
