Warranty on 2016 Ford Explorer. I bought this 2016 Explorer used from Hertz car sales in Eugene, Or. 36,000 miles on it. It had a whine coming someplace in the drive train. Took it to Kendal Ford (Eugene) to have it looked at. They told me it was still under warranty and they would take care of it. They did indeed! They ended up replacing the whole drive train! New transfer case, differential, and transmission. I couldn't believe it! They are very well trained mechanics. Very courteous. Very understanding, and very patient. Everybody was excellent from the manger/ representative, shop foreman and the mechanics. They gave me a brand new loaner car. Excellent experience. I highly recommend this Ford dealership for their service. It was under warranty, so I didn't cost me a dime. Hertz was also excellent in their part of all this More
