I had excessive tire wear on my driver side rear tire. At 9:00 am Wednesday I took my F-150 to Kendall because unfortunately I purchased a warranty. I didn't hear anything from Kendall all day, so I called near the end of business hours on Wednesday and was told they would be keeping my truck over night. I called back on Thursday at 2:00 pm to find out what was going on and was told that they did a front end alignment and my truck would be ready in a couple of hours. I picked my truck up and was shown the specs on my alignment and told that it was initially perfectly aligned. So without my consent they charged me for a front end alignment which I did not need, and did not address my rear tire wear issue whatsoever. Also, when I picked up my truck they informed me that my rear breaks where worn out and I should have them worked on. This is information that should have been conveyed to me during the 2 days they had my truck I am moving my daughter to Spokane Washington with a 14' trailer fully loaded today for her first post-college job and thought I would have to do it with worn out breaks because Kendall couldn't pick up the phone to communicate anything on time. I called and stated that I want my money back for the work they did without consent and having nothing to do with the issue I was concerned about, and I still got the run around. I was told that one manager has to talk to a higher up manager to issue my money back for being ripped off for the front end alignment. I am supposedly going to hear back Monday whether or not they are going refund my $69.00 that they screwed me out of. It took them two days to rip me off and now at least two days to make things right. While I am forced to wait for my $69.00 refund I am betting that the con-artists at Kendall Ford have made hundreds of thousands off of unsuspecting customers. I read some reviews online and ended up taking my truck to Glen at GNC, Mohawk Service Center in Springfield because I am tired of the exploitation taking place at Kendall. He had me bring my truck in immediately and quoted me $200 dollars to do the rear break job with machining my rotors because I only have 50,000 miles on the truck. Kendall quoted me $480 if I brought it back to them. Glen called me an hour and a half after I brought it in and said it was done! When I got there he informed me that he measured the thickness of my rotors and that they were a bit thin. As I mentioned before he quoted me $200 dollars and stuck to his quote while throwing in $200 dollars worth of new premium rotors because he is a man of his word and honored his original quote. Glen is an honest craftsmen in his trade with little overhead and the ability and integrity to go above and beyond what is fair. I haven't ever had this quality of experience as a customer in the crooked trade of auto mechanics. Please do yourself, your family, and friends a favor and quit getting ripped off by the giants, Kendall dealership, all other dealerships, and Les Schwab. Take your vehicle to someone that cares and can beat the large rip off companies by at least half! More

Everyone that helped us throughout the transaction was incredibly attentive, kind and happy to help! Skylar and Casey worked with us to locate the vehicle that we wanted. Dan and Gary went above and beyond to give us an excellent deal on an excellent car. Ronnie in financing was extremely helpful in locating us financing at the price point that we wanted and 2 points lower interest than we were quoted at another dealership! You would do well to purchase a vehicle from Kendall Ford. These guys really took care of us. I hadn't purchased a car in almost ten years and my husband in over six years. These gentleman made the process very easy. Their honesty and hard work was greatly appreciated! More
Broken down again My car has made several trips to the service department at Kendall ford and I have yet to be happy with the outcome. The first time was because my check engine light was on and I took it in to have it checked out. Apparently my engine had lost oil pressure and had ruined itself at 75000 miles. Luckily I had bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle used so the warranty covered the 7000 dollar replacement cost to the motor. However while my car was in there they found a brake caliper that needed to be replaced that I had to pay for out of pocket. Get the car home and the engine doesn't run quite right and it has a bad vibration when accelerating and doesn't have the power that it used to have. Now I notice that my transmission is becoming rather noisy while driving down the road in a couple of gears and later progresses to all of the gears. I take it back in and they look at it and discover that there are some worn syncros in the gearbox which they replace under my warranty and also discover that my clutch needs replaced aka 700 out of pocket for me. I get the car back and the transmission is now just as noisy as it was before so I take it back in and complain and they look at it and tell me that mustang transmissions are notoriously noisy which it wasn't when I bought the car. I think whatever and just keep driving the car until I notice a really bad smell while driving down the road. Apparently I now have a transmission leak that is leaking onto my exhaust and burning off creating this terrible smell. They try fixing it three times before the finally consult ford and are told to tear the transmission down where they find a worn bearing on the output shaft that is leaking. The finally get the transmission leak stopped and I go to pick up the car and my clutch is dropped to the floor. They look at it again and apparently the hose going from the slave cylinder to the master cylinder is leaking air into the system. They then try to charge me for the part which I argue with them about it and they agree to cover the cost themselves. I finally got my car back. Noisy transmission and vibration in the motor but no leaks. They also told me that my motor vibration was normal as well. I drove the car for a month and now as I am writing this my car is stuck in the grocery store parking lot and I am going to have to tow it home as the transmission is stuck in fifth gear and will not release. Needless to say I am very unhappy with all of my experiences there and I will not be returning to this dealership again for anything. More

Firstly we had found the prefect certified pre-owner car and after being told the terms and that we were approved, all that was left was for us to accept it but in that time another salesmen had shown the car we were looking at and they accepted his offer before starting his paper work and they sold it to someone else right in-front of us, not even giving us the chance to accept the car. Then from their they pass us through a few salesmen and managers and in the end we purchased a brand new car because they could not find a similar vehicle for us. We spent 7,000 more than planned (on a car with not as many features) and didn't get a very great price on our trade in. So after waiting a week to get the car because they didn't have nay in stock, I go to pick it up and they had locked the keys in the car and had not told us before we arrive. So they tried breaking in to the car for 30minutes (right in-front of me) and were unsuccessful so then a locksmith was finally called (should have started with that). Overall I was left unsatisfied with the service and lack of issues being resolved. More

OK so lets find me a car found a car purchased it signed contracts and everything and yes I probably should of looked over the contract when I was signing it but I didn't, why? because as I was signing each paper i was told what it said so yea I didn't read it. 2 weeks later I'm looking over my contract and find that in fact they did not pay of my car loan only 3,000 and tacted the rest on my new loan. I feel I was completely lied to, and want to warn everyone don't be stupid like I was and take them for there word cause its alllll xxxxxxxx!!! More

After finding the vehicle I wanted I contacted Salesman at Kendall Ford and agreed to a price for the vehicle I wanted, before traveling to Eugene from Northern Ca. Before I left the trip was delayed a week the service dept was to replace the rear end on the vehicle as well as the tires. Upon arrival the price had suddenly increased by almost 2000.00 after arguing for some time they did agree to sell me the vehicle for the previously agreed upon price. Before leaving Kendall ford I noticed the passenger front tire pressure was a little low, not really enough to be worried about. After arriving home and the vehicle sitting for 2 days the same tire was almost completely flat. I contact the sales rep and I am told to take the vehicle in to have the tire checked. Come to find out there was a rather large gash on the inside side wall of my supposedly new tires. Tire deemed un repairable. While the vehicle was at the tire shop it was also found that there was fluid leaking from the rear end that the Kendall service dept had just rebuilt. I had the tire replaced and come to find out Kendall installed all wrong parts in the rear end, the parts they installed were for the right vehicle but a different year. I paid 1285.00 to be able to use the vehicle just purchased and Kendall refuses to reimburse me for the repairs. I would never use their dealership again for anything, especially their service dept. More
