I want an a certain color and package and Bryce worked very hard to find me the exact truck I needed and in a very short time. I was almost going to settle 4 another model but Bryce continued while showing me other models to locate exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his hard work an effort to fulfill my needs. I would recommend going to Kendall Ford if you're in search of a new vehicle and look up Bryce York. More

She always has a smile, friendly greeting and her appearance is very professional. For Tammy, the customer comes first and that is important when working with the public. Not even the bare minimum I went here back in April of 2016 because my car was having electrical problems. At first I was told it was going to be and easy fix and that it would I went here back in April of 2016 because my car was having electrical problems. At first I was told it was going to be and easy fix and that it would be done in two days. I called after two days come to find out they still needed to order my part, okay I could live with that. I called every day to check in and it constantly was one thing after another. I was never given a rental car since I was out of a car for a week. Then when I was given my car back they charged me for a key that would be a replica of my old key. I even stood there with my old key and the new one they gave me and come to find out they gave me a basic model of a key and not the fob key replica. (Big difference, one looks like a darn house key and the other has buttons on it, how is that a mix up?) so after my terrible experience I leave. Now in December same xxxx electrical problems. Not even a year later, so now that I've moved two hours away from their dealership I have to call and send my records of what they did to my new dealership. I've tried calling twice today and they haven't called me back. Mind you once in the mornnng and now after 5pm. I can't believe after a week of not having a car and paying them 2000 to fix my car this is what I end up with. I would never recommend these people to anyone and I hope that my next call with them will finish this mess so I never have to deal with them again. For your own sanity go anywhere else but to Kendal ford of Eugene. Worst customer service and car service I've ever had to deal with. Sadly I have always been a die hard fan of my ford cars but I think the company needs to take a closer look at this business and see that these people are ruining their name. More

Expect Zero After The Sale. Non-Profit Company purchased slightly used van/trailer hitch 2 years ago. Electrical component blew DUE to improper installation of wiring harness. Ke Non-Profit Company purchased slightly used van/trailer hitch 2 years ago. Electrical component blew DUE to improper installation of wiring harness. Kendall refuses to repair/compensate. Treated me like dirt. We are still paying for van. We are out $100's, lost work time, lost pay. Think twice before you buy there. We won't ever buy there again. They don't seem to care about responsibility. Thankfully no one was hurt when all the vehicle lights were blown, even brake/turn lights! Not wear and tear, wired incorrectly. Having our repair shop do work, don't trust Kendall at this point. Too bad we have to get the part from them. Sales/Customer Service guy said he would be fired if he authorized every repair after 2 years. MONEY talks at Kendall, Customer satisfaction and what is right does NOT. More
