Service? Nope- that is the title of the department, but doesn't exist. Told vehicle would be diagnosed the day and time of the appointment-- Vehicle has sat Nope- that is the title of the department, but doesn't exist. Told vehicle would be diagnosed the day and time of the appointment-- Vehicle has sat there now 2 weeks without even being looked out. Patronizing shrug of the shoulders when I try to get traction to have anyone even look at it. This has been the pattern every time I have used their "service" department. infuriating. Like Fords, but will never purchase a vehicle here again. More
Service department is completely disorganized. Very poor communication. Had vehicle for whole day and was told at 4pm that they weren't able to look at it because they were busy. Service Department is a total joke! We have purchase 2 fleet vehicles within the last year and we cant get them fixed. Waited for over 7 mos for a part they supposedly ordered, never he We have purchase 2 fleet vehicles within the last year and we cant get them fixed. Waited for over 7 mos for a part they supposedly ordered, never heard anything so went back in to ask what was going on and were told we didn't come back in so they sold it to someone else... how would we have known to come back in if we were never told the part had arrived?? Took another fleet vehicle in after being on the road for 3 mos. with a noise in the front end. Took the Service guy Jake for a ride to show him what it was doing and he said the front shock was blown, its a known problem. Said he would order new shocks and here we are 4 mos. later and nothing was ever ordered. Now they expect us to bring it in and leave it for 48hrs?? In what world does that make sense?? Drop off a business vehicle for 2 days and lose all that work to diagnose a blown shock... I will gladly go out of my way and take all our Fleet vehicles to Denny Menholt Ford, they are much more accommodating to Commercial Customers. More
