I requested a tire rotation and 20,000 mile recommended service. The dealership told me that they don’t rotate tires for my vehicle because they are not stock wheels (I took it to a different dealership th service. The dealership told me that they don’t rotate tires for my vehicle because they are not stock wheels (I took it to a different dealership the next day and they did the tire rotation with no issue)….Also I noticed in the pre-service write up that I received via email my initials were in the document even though I never initialed the document. The Cabin air filter for the Jeep was replaced as part of the 20,000 mile service but the other things that needed to be done / inspected for the Jeep as part of the 20,000 mile service were not. Lastly, an oil change was done for the Jeep even though I never requested one and the oil indicator was at 22%. More
