I requested a tire rotation and 20,000 mile recommended service. The dealership told me that they don’t rotate tires for my vehicle because they are not stock wheels (I took it to a different dealership th service. The dealership told me that they don’t rotate tires for my vehicle because they are not stock wheels (I took it to a different dealership the next day and they did the tire rotation with no issue)….Also I noticed in the pre-service write up that I received via email my initials were in the document even though I never initialed the document. The Cabin air filter for the Jeep was replaced as part of the 20,000 mile service but the other things that needed to be done / inspected for the Jeep as part of the 20,000 mile service were not. Lastly, an oil change was done for the Jeep even though I never requested one and the oil indicator was at 22%. More

When I arrived I was not greeted with directions on who or where to go. The gentleman’s name on the appt. Said he doesn’t take appointments. After servicing my vehicle my transmission gave out even though i was only servicing brakes.
