My truck was towed there over a month ago. Trying to get my service on the phone was xxxx near impossible. Finally after a month and three days of my truck being towed there I went in to get s Trying to get my service on the phone was xxxx near impossible. Finally after a month and three days of my truck being towed there I went in to get some answers. My truck had the transmission go out in it, and the truck had some modifications to it. Now when I lost the transmission back in October of last year Dodge sold me a brand new 8k dollar transmission and gave me a 3 yr/100000 mile warranty. The truck was already modified when they did this. Now that the transmission is blown again and I need my warranty they will not cover it and voided my warranty. The first thing upsets me is that they told me it would be 5 days to get it diagnosed and then I was told two weeks. Well that turn into over a month. I have already spend 2k in rentals from enterprise, and still my truck sits broken. Lesson learned here is that I will take my truck to a small business in the future. More
