Salesman started screaming at me ! This past weekend my boyfriend and I have been going dealership to dealership trying to find the right car for him. We did not get the price we were l This past weekend my boyfriend and I have been going dealership to dealership trying to find the right car for him. We did not get the price we were looking for and went back outside to try and find a more affordable model. When we comeback inside around 8:30 pm to ask for our sales rep Christopher B. but he had "sneaked out of work." Luckily he did comeback rapidly and after speaking a few minutes more with some very nice and attentive managers we were able to settle on a reasonable price... We were given the option to either finalize that same night or comeback tomorrow. Christopher commented "it's Saturday night my wife has dinner waiting for me" We felt bad making everyone and Christopher stay behind on a Saturday night we decided to just come back the next day (yesterday Sunday January 22 2017) On Sunday afternoon as we were getting everything sorted out my boyfriend dad was asked to come in to co-sign with him.. After waiting for about an hour for finance my boyfriend dad stepped out to attend a baseball game he was pitching in... We felt sooooo bad. My boyfriend was already so shook that his dad did this to him halfway through the process. His dad said he would comeback and we apologized to Chris but Chris said absolutely NO! We apologized sincerely to Christopher several times saying that it was completely out of our control and that we hope he forgives us that we want to continue tomorrow morning and Christopher started screaming at both me and my boyfriend... WOW, no one had screamed at me the way Christopher did. He began scolding us telling him we were "yanking his chains" and that he was going to lock the door on his dad that he couldn't come back ... He walked out of the office red boiling hot and left us sitting there awed. He walked back into the office and started going talking over my boyfriend while he was saying "I'm sorry" ... He turned to me after and started yelling at me told me "young lady you are wasting my time" he raised his voice so much that I noticed other sales men looking inside of the office we were in. I have never been talked to in that manner. I was scared to respond to him. I was so upset that some random jerk was screaming at me and boyfriend I walked out thanked the kindest man you have in that dealership (Julio) and I apologized to him for my boyfriends dads action... Julio was so sweet and understanding he made me feel a little less angry saying "don't worry about it I understand and I will take care of you tomorrow morning" with a nice smile on his face. Christopher walked out as if nothing had happen and tried shaking my hand after he got in my face. Christopher made us feel like he was doing us a favor... While the truth in reality is he is a rude outspoken man with no manners and respect to his customers or the company he works for. My boyfriend was so angry he swore to not comeback to the dealership every again because of the way that Christopher made him feel and how he talked down on us. He said he was just going back to planet dodge and finishing the deal with them because of the experience we had. The only reason he "cooled" down a bit was because I explained to him how the situation would have different if Christopher hadn't been so rude about it all . My boyfriend was already upset at his dad for what he did I wish Christopher would've approached the situation the same way Julio did. Julio made my boyfriend feel better being kind, sweet, and understanding... I have never in my life gone out of my way to say something rude about an employee and write a bad comment I honestly look down on people who waist their time complaining on other but the way were treated last night was out of hand. I am a kindergarten teacher and I deal with some pretty rude hard headed parents but never have I been put in a situation like this…SORRY FOR "YANKING YOUR CHAINS CHRISTOPHER" More

high pressure sales tactics and unprofessional finance dept purchased a late model Jeep Patriot with only about 3000 miles. got a nice deal. however, few months later, I discovered the AC was not working prop purchased a late model Jeep Patriot with only about 3000 miles. got a nice deal. however, few months later, I discovered the AC was not working properly and have taken it into the dealer about three times. well.. long story short, they never fixed it and said everything was fine. The car is presently giving me some problems so I took it into Carmax only to be told that the car has a SALVAGE/JUNK title. I was shocked!!!! Typically, a large/reputable dealers would not be dealing and selling salvaged title cars let along to never inform the customer. I am currently seeking solutions to this and watch out!!!! it's not going to be pretty! More

DO NOT buy a car from them I purchased a new Ram from this dealership last month and turned in my Chrysler lease early on trade. They called for remaining payments on my trade, I purchased a new Ram from this dealership last month and turned in my Chrysler lease early on trade. They called for remaining payments on my trade, sold me the new truck and sent me on my way. A month later, I received a check that was $1,800 short on paying off my trade. Turns out although they got a payoff on my car, they only figured a certain amount into the deal and said I agreed to it. There was nothing signed by me saying so, but now they’re telling me that it’s my issue with Chrysler Capital?!? Really? They had no problem taking the car and selling me a new one. I even have an IOU saying they would pay all of the remaining payments. These people are total scammers. Now I’m making two car payments for three months. I’ve purchased over 15 new cars in my life, 3 from this dealership! I know they’ve changed management, but they completely screwed me on this deal. DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. More

7 Hours buying a car 11:00 am until 6:30 pm in the dealership struggling to buy a car waiting 45 minutes for each step. What a struggle to buy a new car! Couldn't find an office to work in so we changed offices 4 times, couldn't find the car we picked out as it wasn't in inventory, told I couldn't have zero down and zero interest so I walked out. I was asked to come back and I was given what I asked for. We were left alone several times for over 15 minutes. Went for a test drive where the salesmen spent 25 minutes explaining how the radio and navigation system worked while parked at the dealership before we ever drove the car while mom and dad sat in the back seat. This process should take 10 minutes. Didn't want to socialize with the salesman, I just wanted to help my daughter buy a car. Finance guy "Chris" tried to offer me a whole new deal deal after we had painstakingly arranged what we wanted with Mark. The car was taken to be "detailed" while we concluded the sales documents. The car was not detailed to my satisfaction inside or out. I will not return to this dealership nor recommend it. More
