Unbelievable Deal with Exceptional Service. They were upfront, accommodating and honest about everything. They went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in the Kendall area for a car or truck, I highly recommend you stop by and check them out. Buying cars sucks... but I'm happy with my deal. I love cars!... but I hate BUYING cars! I came to Kendall Dodge for one specific car they had on the lot that I found through Dodge's car locator. A 2017 Charger Daytona they had on the showroom floor. I was taken care of by Marc Chapman and his sales manager Chris. Though we had a bit of a roller coaster in the lease negotiations, they got me the deal I came for and were accommodating throughout the process. We went to dinner in the middle of the whole deal and they weren't like some sales folks that try to keep you on the lot until the sale is final. They weren't too pushy and I wasn't there to be pushed around. Although, as an informed buyer looking at a specific car I knew they had in stock, my experience was pretty much straight to the negotiations without all the shopping around and trying to find something I liked enough to consider. All in all, I would recommend anyone shop at this dealership and see Marc Chapman, our salesperson. Come armed with knowledge about what you can get for what price and they'll make it happen. I love my new ride and, while I hate the haggle, the process worked and I was happy when I left. More

My husband and I went in to lease a Dodge Challenger and although the lease on my current vehicle wasn't up for 6 months, the deal was so good, we left with a new lease on a Jeep Grand Cherokee as well.
