Had our car for 16 days and failed to fix anything. The car sat there for at least 6 days before even being looked at, and a week after that we received a call asking for help to figure out the issue - The car sat there for at least 6 days before even being looked at, and a week after that we received a call asking for help to figure out the issue - they said they could not replicate the issue but that contradicted what they said previously (which was they found the issue but did not know how to fix it). Adding to the frustration, they could not provide us with a loaner and did nothing to speed up service time to compensate for the MAJOR inconvenience they were causing. We finally decided to cut our losses and pick up our car (there was little hope that their competency would be able to fix the problem) and take it to another dealership to get serviced. On top of all this, it is a brand new truck that came with a manufacturer defect. More
