They didn’t test the vehicle for the actual problem. They decided to replaced my tires and say the problem was corrected when it wasn’t. Service Manager was polite and professional. Listened to my needs. Needed to return vehicle after first visit as one issue wasn’t fixed. Upon 2nd pickup, the issue remained not fixed. Service itself was good, thing is service advisors were not attentive at all. Called multiple times, never picked up calls or voicemail feedback. Had to run in person to the dealer to get info. The day pic not attentive at all. Called multiple times, never picked up calls or voicemail feedback. Had to run in person to the dealer to get info. The day pick up was scheduled service advisor was not at the dealer, other o e had delivered the car, however I’ve got 3 calls to get to the dealer to grab my car that I had picked up already. One of the people actually told me that paperwork was not right. More
