I met him on the way in and never saw him again although he was the one counter-offering my suggestions. I really hated the Finance Manager in this dealership because he tried his best to screw the whole sale over. How does a person with 805 credit score end up with a 3.4% finance? I just checked with my bank 84 months 1.9%. This place either tries to screw you in the beginning or on your way out. My issues: - 6 hours at the dealership - they tried to keep the back rugs - they tried for me to install the towing package More

He was very nice on phone and was able to meet with him 2 hours after the phone call. As soon as I got to the dealership someone asked if I needed help and I told them I was looking for Mike and 2 minutes later a manager came out and advised me he was coming right away. I forgot the manager's name, but I believe he was a Sales Manager. The whole process of financing my new Dodge Challenger 2016 was very pleasant even with Christopher the finance manager. The only down side I saw is when I went inside to the lobby there were alot of associates and manager and a lot of them did not made eye contact with me to show customer service appreciation and did not smile.
