My experience started online, I was interested in a 08 Nissan Altima so I contacted the dealer by chat and left my contact information. The next morning I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman by the Nissan Altima so I contacted the dealer by chat and left my contact information. The next morning I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Richardson Jean. We made an appointment to meet that day. When i walked in I was greeted immediately and I asked for Richardson. Richardson came introduced himself to me and my children, very professional. He then proceeded to tell me that the car I was interested was no longer available but he assured me that he would help me find a car would be happy with. After seeing a few cars and test driving two, I finally find exactly what I was looking for and thanks to Angel Garrido in finance, I was able to walk away with a great deal. Overall my experience at Kendall Dodge was EXCELLENT!!! THANK YOU!!! More
