Terrible, awful, horrendous, atrocious, unacceptable ad my Ram serviced here and was NEVER given a written estimate of any kind at any time. One price quoted, I agreed. Then I get a phone call that my truck is ready and given the total and it is $1000 more than original quote. Truck is finished, never any communication from them beforehand advising me of the additional increase. Was told it was taxes, misc. fees etc. The service adviser had told me that all of those things had been included in the original quote!! So now they are holding my truck hostage and what other option do I have? To make matters worse, when I went to pick the truck up at the dealership, I mentioned casually to two guys that were standing with a salesman that they should not buy a Dodge that in my opinion they are crap. I have every right in the universe to do that. Well, when I come back from test driving my piece of crap, their sales manager Jose Abreu comes out to the parking lot to confront me and tell me that if I say one more thing to anyone inside he will call the cops on me. Don't worry Mr. Abreu, instead of two potential customers, I will post this review on every website imaginable and reach thousands of potential customers. More
Sold me an used car for new. They sold me an used car for new. I bought a "New" car with 462 miles on it, nobody at the dealer knows why the miles but they repeatedly told me the They sold me an used car for new. I bought a "New" car with 462 miles on it, nobody at the dealer knows why the miles but they repeatedly told me the car was new, my sales contract says is new, as soon as I get home I pull a CARFAX report and it shows a previous owner with title and everything, I go back and confront them with the report and the answer is that the CARFAX is wrong, I have been back at the dealer many times for repairs and paint chips, radio problems and the car is 1000 miles, I had to open a case with Florida State Attorney about this. More

Rodrigo was our My last car leasing experience was painful. I expected this one to be just as bad but much to my surprise, it was the total opposite. Rodrigo was our sales man and he was quick, thorough and no nonscence BUT he had so much personality that it made it fun. Paperwork ran smooth, financing ran smooth and Pepe took care of my paperwork in the end. I plan on going back after my lease is up and purchasing another truck from this dealer. Bait and Switch - RIP OFF I responded to an ad on the website, Autotrader and EBay. All listing a vehicle - with the VIN Number, features and a price. When we arrived at the de I responded to an ad on the website, Autotrader and EBay. All listing a vehicle - with the VIN Number, features and a price. When we arrived at the dealership- the car with that VIN number did not match the description on the web sites. It did not have the accessories listed ON ALL THREE WEB SITES. The manager and the salesman found a vehicle that matched the description (except for color) - but wanted thousands more for it. The sticker price on the vehicle in the advertisement did not match the one on the vehicle ( the one on the vehicle was lower ) - It was a scam. No one apologized for the error- or ever admitted it was an error- no one tried to work with us- the only objective was to get us in the showroom and rip us off. I am reporting this dealership to DHSMV- consumer services division - liars and scammers- never use this dealer! More
The salesman spent a lot of time going over features available on the car and helping get a good price for my trade. He was always courteous and even though it was a busy day he gave us the attention we available on the car and helping get a good price for my trade. I met the general sales manager who went out of his waay to meet us and make sure we were being taken good care of. The finance manager was a pleasure to work with. More
