Kendall Dodge was the first dealer I visited when shopping so I felt I would give them a chance. I called back and verified a second time to make sure Kendall Dodge could do the deal before having to drive to location. Richard said that they could definitely match or get close. Total waste of time. Came in $200 per month over what I had been quoted at competitive dealer! Didn't even suggest another option or vehicle. Even though I live in Miami, all of my vehicle purchases and leases over the last 25 years have been made north of the Miami Dade County line. Although not perfect, the experiences as a whole have been more professional, ethical and financially beneficial. I guess some things never change. More

Finally Rod Garcia, the sales manager, makes sure everything works out. I can't forget Paula in the service department who is always great whenever we need to go in on one of my other cars. Something fishy going on Worst experience I've ever had,so I had an airbag recall and dropped car off at appt time 9am,had to wait and hour to get courtesy ride home from guy Worst experience I've ever had,so I had an airbag recall and dropped car off at appt time 9am,had to wait and hour to get courtesy ride home from guy who doesn't know how to stay off phone while driving.All day I get no phone call,I call to see when car will be ready cause I have to work in Aventura at 7pm,finally I get picked up late by Guy who got lost coming to me and couldn't even communicate for me to give him directions smh.Was over hour late to work but next day all of sudden I have no oil in my car.....bone dry so I call dodge and they say nothing else was touched but the airbags but I find it weird that they gave me a paper with things they reccomend I get fixed and one was a small oil leak(lies) I take care of my srt8 so I it's fishy to me this happens the next day after my visit,I will never in this lifetime ever use nor reccomend this place to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!! More

Tony the nightmare!! My husband and I recently visited this dealership because we were very interested and pretty much ready to lease a new car; now I usually only go to c My husband and I recently visited this dealership because we were very interested and pretty much ready to lease a new car; now I usually only go to carmax but since we were interested in a newer car we came here instead. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the front desk attendants and referred to a car salesman by the name of Antonio or Tony for short, and his "hello welcome how can I help you" was more like "Thanks guys you just woke me up from my nap." Yes u read right, not even a hello, maybe he was joking, but as you can tell it started off BAD. Anyway, we explained to Tony what we were looking for, I actually knew exactly which car I wanted because I had researched their cars in their lot before coming, and now here comes the horror story, as we are searching for what we wanted on his computer the topic of politics happens to come up, and absolutely not by my or my husbands behalf, you see I have this rule where I don't talk politics or religion with my friends or family let alone an absolute stranger. Now this shocked me as soon as I heard the topic come from a sales persons mouth, I have worked sales and been in the customer service field for 10 years, and I have never AND I MEAN NEVER, brought up those topics with any customer by any means!!! It's just customer service 101, you just never do it. But that day I was the customer, now we happened to have different views and opinions on our political and religious views so after I noticed the situation started getting a little heated on my end (internally I was royally upset) I politely told him that I prefer to not talk about politics or religion. To add to my dismay this man refused to stop discussing the topic; and when I say refused I MEAN HE SPOKE ABOUT IT FROM the moment we walked in at 10:30 am to the moment we left at 2:30 pm. Mind you, it came to a point throughout that time that my husband and myself did not respond to his political comments and I grew angry and frustrated, the only time he ever really spoke about the car is during the 10 minutes we test drove it. Oh and just when you think it's all over, get comfortable because it's only the beginning. After repeated attempts on changing the subject Tony continued to bring it back up, and i was beginning to grow extremely frustrated and felt as if the process could have went by a lot quicker had he focused more on making the sale that's trying to convince us that And I quote "the Clinton's should be hung" and "he will vote for anyone who wishes to stop Muslims from entering this country." Yes you heard right, I was all kinds of furious listening to this extreme level of ignorance and disrespect for I have friends who are Muslim, but I kept my composure and professionalism. I repeatedly told him that we have to be out of the dealer by 2:30pm because we have to pick up our kids from summer camp, and he literally told me to calm down that "buying a car is supposed to be an all day thing." Of course 2:30 arrives and we are still in the room with Tony listening (well I had attempted to block him out by now but as you can see by the few comments I've shared it was close to impossible) we were still waiting for the bank to approve us which he hadn't gotten up in 30 min since he sent it to check for anything, that we had to leave, so he told us to go home and he will call us when he gets the info. We did to and 5 pm comes around and we still hadn't gotten a call, my husband left him a message and Tony called us back around 5:30 and told us to go by, i arrived at around 6:30 only to be tortured by Tony and his political views which disguised me to think there are people with his mindset walking around, I was blantently ignoring him, I COULD NOT HAVE MADE IT MORE OBVIOUS THAT I WAS EXTREMELY ANNOYED, I had already asked him to stop and I neede to speed up the process because I had been there in his cubicle for an hour listening to more of his political rant, Tony then stood up and LEFT A VIDEO ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE THE CLINTON's ARE PLAYING ON HIS PHONE FOR ANOTHER 20 minutes while I sat alone in the room. He ended up trying to be sneaky in the paper work and what I wanted was not what was in the final deal so i left. I can't speak about the other car salesman but Tony was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! More
