Took Jeep in for oil leak and electrical system issue. They could not find anything wrong with electrical system according to manager, but service advisor told me they changed a part, though it did not a They could not find anything wrong with electrical system according to manager, but service advisor told me they changed a part, though it did not appear on service order. Okaaaay?! So who is telling me the truth? Got the Jeep back and the lights on the bumper and inside the cabin (lower half) did not work!!! They ruined my shifter trying to get to the light underneath. They ordered a bulb that was supposed to be in last week. I’m still waiting for their call. Absolutely no attention to detail here. More
