I had to get my car towed to the dealer through their roadside assistance at 530 pm. Next morning around 1030 I call service department because no one has reached out to me regarding the issue or why my roadside assistance at 530 pm. Next morning around 1030 I call service department because no one has reached out to me regarding the issue or why my truck was towed. I leave a message with receptionist and am told. Advisor will get back to me. No call all day so I leave another message around 5pm. Still waiting for that call back. This is the third time I have a bad experience with the customer service from this dealer. Won’t be coming back. More
