I have warranty coverage for the engine component Fuel Pump which was replaced. However, Service Manager, does not communicate properly to obtain authorization because he only states the fuel sensor was b Pump which was replaced. However, Service Manager, does not communicate properly to obtain authorization because he only states the fuel sensor was bad so claim was denied. If the fuel sensor is not a stand-alone product that can be replaced separately, then it should have simply been communicated that the Fuel Pump had to be replaced to repair the problem. This is assuming the Service Manager was being honest that fuel sensor can’t be replaced separately from the entire Fuel Pump. I would have provided “0” stars if it was an option. More
