They took way too long to diagnose my cars issue over a week. They also have a problem with not answering the phone. I had mopar wheel locks installed by dodge aventura without my consent.and they said they couldnt help me with wheels and that they can only charge me to extract wheel locks. I never got an invoice wi without my consent.and they said they couldnt help me with wheels and that they can only charge me to extract wheel locks. I never got an invoice with the work done on my truck. Also they have never offered to rotate my tires during service. More
