I was was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by by a female associate. She made me feel comfortable being there. Shauna Davis listened to what my concerns were about my car, and warned me that it would female associate. She made me feel comfortable being there. Wouldn't mind having Shauna Davis when ever I need service. Though the service center was very busy that day, she answered my questions and explained what needed to be done.
