The service I received for my truck was inadequate and unsatisfactory. Despite the truck being on the lot for a week, there was little to no progress made and it only took numerous calls and messages for unsatisfactory. Additionally, the absence of a call back from the service manager further exacerbated the situation. Moreover, the fact that the truck was damaged again a mere three days after returning it due to the same mechanical issue highlights the inadequacy of the service provided. More

Horrible customer service and updates. No one picks up the phone. I have had to drive my rental to the dealer twice just to be able to speak with someone. I have texted the number given to No one picks up the phone. I have had to drive my rental to the dealer twice just to be able to speak with someone. I have texted the number given to me at least 15 times, no answer. No call backs to any messages I have left them. The service writer has called me once in 9 weeks that they have had my car. Go to any dealership but this one! More
