Six months ago my truck presented a problem in the sensors and I went to the dealer for that problem the truck was two months and they gave me a rented van from Emterprice with a very bad smell and di sensors and I went to the dealer for that problem the truck was two months and they gave me a rented van from Emterprice with a very bad smell and dirty after waiting two months I went and called Manager and reproached him Due to the mismanagement that he had, how this was possible and wonderfully the truck was fixed that same day in two hours that coincidence. A month ago the truck had problems with a tire and water was entering the cab of the truck from the driver's side. Took my vehicle in to have the engine light checked out, a headlight, and a parts recall. They had my Jeep for a MONTH, were dodging my phone calls when after two weeks I called to get an eta. Finally got a a headlight, and a parts recall. They had my Jeep for a MONTH, were dodging my phone calls when after two weeks I called to get an eta. Finally got a manager on the phone after another two weeks of leaving voicemails and being bounced around to everyone with a phone. Walked out the door paying $1700 and my engine light came back on as soon as I got on the highway. Jeep still hasn’t gone into regen mode (one of the issues I took it in for) and the headlight that was supposed to have been fixed is not fixed. Immediately called them to have the issues resolved and they totally ghosted me. I’ve contacted them three different times since then and not heard a word from them. I live an hour and a half away so I can’t just pop in, it’s an all day ordeal every time I have to deal with these people. It’s a joke. More
