We had a greater than one hour wait time for a key to be programmed. From 1:40 PM to after 3:00 PM, we sat uncomfortably either in the heat or indoors with many unmasked customers. Great service just took a while for someone to approach me. Paula finished up with a customer and approached me to see if I had been helped; there was at least two other gentleman that seemed to be to busy me.
