I was initially not pleased with the reception received as another agent the first day, gave the impression that the extended warranty sold to me by Jeep at the time of purchase, was probably useless since as another agent the first day, gave the impression that the extended warranty sold to me by Jeep at the time of purchase, was probably useless since he said he did not have a 'scanner' to diagnose my vehicle because it was a Mercedes Benz. It became clear to me that whenever anything goes wrong with my car, I may not be able to get the service I expect purely because it is a Benz and this is a Jeep dealership. So, while Felipe took care of me, I am still confused about the future with a warranty that is not generally recognized by Mercedes Benz. More
