I found that the sales department is helpful and very patient, especially Adam in sales, (Highly recommend to request Adam) Unfortunately you need to be aware of any sales from the manufacturer Hyundai patient, especially Adam in sales, (Highly recommend to request Adam) Unfortunately you need to be aware of any sales from the manufacturer Hyundai, Nobody at Ken Vance Hyundai told me about a 10% discount on all add-ons. Dispite buying thousands of dollars of add-ons, the service manager refused to honor the full 10%, saying I was a few days late. I lost out on over $120,00.. Reading through the stacks of legal documents, and trying to figure out the car, I saw a 10% discount, and it was during the 4th of July week and they were short staff. Despite all these variable the service manager refused to honor the total discount, claiming I was to late. I guess the problem is your spending a lot of hard earn money on a new car, And when the dealerships would rather save a few bucks then to gain a satisfied customer it is upsetting. You get tired of car dealerships taking advantage of customers like this. More

I was a recurring customer very poor experience, the original customer service rep quoted me $190. I took my honda in because it needed freon for a/c. 2nd year it needed. car was in the shop for 1 1/2 h original customer service rep quoted me $190. I took my honda in because it needed freon for a/c. 2nd year it needed. car was in the shop for 1 1/2 hours. they found a rodents nest and a chewed wire. well when they asked to fix it, the price semed high, I gave them the ok. was I suppose to say don't fix it? they have you by the xxxxx at this point When I got my invoice it over $600. I called on my way home to ask why the labor charge was over $400, I was told a diagnose charge ($190) plus fixing the wire and adding freon. What diagnosis charge,,I told them it needed Freon. So $600 plus to fix a wire and add Freon,, what gives?? and add insult to injury they left 2 dead mice I had to remove from the engine. Never again will I take my service to this dealership. People beware!!!! More
