Went there on 3/3/12 to purchase a used 2011 Ford Explorer. Very nice vehicle and friendly staff. We made a deal on the vehicle. When we went to sign the paperwork they raised the price $3800 on us. It was 11pm at nite, their response was "just sign it, its just numbers" and the Manager Gerardi threw a temper tantrum in the lobby of the dealership. He started screaming at me loud. I was with my wife and children and they had to hear this. I was definately a victim in this situation. I did not buy the vehicle and would not recommend anyone from buying a vehicle at Redlands Ford. More

Great experience and customer service. First of all I already bought a new F150 EcoBoost, loaded, from a dealer in Vegas over three weeks ago. Signed the paperwork everyone was all smiles and sunshine. already bought a new F150 EcoBoost, loaded, from a dealer in Vegas over three weeks ago. Signed the paperwork everyone was all smiles and sunshine. That is until 5 days later I find out that they can't find a dealer willing to make an exchange with them for the vehicle I thought I had purchased. The main issue was the color. So, the vegas dealer now asks me if I wouldn't mind choosing a different color with same options. Not a problem. Two more weeks go by and still no deal done. I get frustrated and establish contact with Robyn Ehorn at Redland. First we exchange a few emails covering the details of the vehicle I want. Next day find out she cannot get the color I want and it will have to be ordered. Now, remember the dealer here in Vegas waited five days to tell me this! I tell Robyn what colors will work for me and within 30 minutes we're on the phone and I have a vehicle. I told her I would be trading in a vehicle and we agreed upon a trade in price sight unseen. Not only did I get a great deal, but I'm getting money back from my trade in. Funny thing is later that day the Vegas dealer calls me to tell me that he can't get me the vehicle I want in that color and that I will have to special order it. He was a little dumbfounded when I told him I already bought a vehicle from a dealer in Cali. Robyn had given me all the info the Vegas dealer did in a fraction of the time. Redland has earned my endorsement. Great people, good atmosphere and excellent customer service! More
Having looked for a used 2007 or 2008 Lexus ES 350 online for several weeks,several were found at different Lexus locations. However, in working with the on-line sales force at these locations, they did not for several weeks,several were found at different Lexus locations. However, in working with the on-line sales force at these locations, they did not appear to take a genuine interest. "It is easy to sell a car to someone who has a top tier FICA score". Continuing my search, I came upon a 2007 Lexus ES 350 at Redlands Ford. I made contact on 7/29/11 with Robyn Ehorn, Internet Sales Manager. After a brief on-line exchange, we spoke on the phone and provided her with additional information. Within a couple of hours, she called with the news "THE CAR IS YOURS". Paperwork was signed on 7/30/11; vehicle delivered on 8/4/11 (my first day back from being out of town) I would definitely recommend Redlands Ford and customer friendly sales force, led by General Manager, Joe Gerardi. More
I have purchase numerous Ford vehicles over the past 17 years. I previously went to Sunrise Ford when they were on Foothill Blvd. After being treated horribly there, we went to Redlands Ford and purchased years. We were treated like family and have been loyal customers ever since. We purchased a Fusion, Focus, Taurus SHO and just purchased a 2012 Focus. Jeff, Vic and Joe were all awesome as is everyone else there. Actually consider the guys there, friends now!!!! If you live in SoCal, go to Redlands Ford and avoid Sunrise at all costs(No pun intended) More
I did internet shopping for my new car thru True Car. I visited and test drove locally after research. What brought me to Redlands was that Robyn did what no other dealer did. She sent me a quote for the exact car I requested. Color, upgrades everything I ask for. This was what I was looking for on my purchase. She did not insist on talking with me on the phone to find out more information(I had already submitted that), did not try and sell me something else, she simply found the exact car I ask for. She communicated by email from the beginning, did offer to speak with me, but bottom line is she gave me what I requested. The buying experience was effortless. She was not expecting us but we just drove up. What is funny is the car I wanted was coming from another lot but a color I did not dare ask for (lime) was the model she showed while the other was being delivered. I decided to just go for it and get the lime. After the purchase, she spent about 45 minutes with me setting up the sync, showing me how to use it, answering all my questions and got me totally familiar with my car before I left the lot. She made a follow up call and email the next day to see how everything was going. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Again, she gave me what the others didn't, the car I wanted, the up front price, great communication, and she responded to my needs and wants. Thank you , Julia TRumpe More
