I needed work done on a recall, but I also had another issue. Multiple service reps said hello to me as I walked in. Josh was professional, and listened carefully as I explained my problem. He came out to my car to see for himself. I needed a ride to my work and their shuttle dropped me off right at my office door. Later the shuttle picked me up again right when Pam the driver said she would. The recall repair was fixed and my other issue resolved satisfactorily. I will definitely take my car back to them. More

So I was told it would be ordered right then and I would be contacted when it came in and an appointment would be set up for repair. Excellent Service I scheduled an oil change with the service center which was quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment the service rep. reviewed my scheduled services and appointment time. He reviewed the cost of everything and okay’d the services before McIntyre forward. While we waited we spent time in the spacious kid area and just relaxed. Before I knew it my car was finished and we were leaving. I was even offered and recommended additional services but wasn’t pushed when I declined due to time constraints. I always have a pleasant experience getting an oil change here. ALWAYS. More

Super fast . So different from my last experience. I was in and out in well under an hour. Jared was awesome and noticed that my registration was about to expire . My only question is that after my last experiece, someone called my husband and told him that we had a fourth free service because of how terrible last time was.
