Left me without any updstes At first I was highly impressed. I had a number I could message that would message me back, I got a video from the technichian, very good communicatio At first I was highly impressed. I had a number I could message that would message me back, I got a video from the technichian, very good communication. The problem is, the technichian left the company and my car just sat there without any work being done, and without anyone notifying me so the 3 days my car was there, it was literally just sitting there. I wish someone would have reached out. When I reached out to them, I was told the technichian was off that day. Someone called me back HOURS later and were clearly reading from the computer without knowing anything about what was happening with my car. They said they'd have the work done in 1 hour. I got there 1 hour later and still had to wait 40 minutes for them to finish. Then they skipped the car wash to get it to me since they ran out of time. All.of this, despite the fact that they had my care over 3 days!!!!! I will never be back. When I was explaining my frustrations to the last person, all I got was ok here are your keys. More
