Our experience with Ken Garff Honda was very easy. Service writer Craig was excellent to work with. He was honest with us when our son’s car was damaged by the car wash. He was able to get us into a courtesy car because we really needed a vehicle because they were going to have our son’s for so long. He also brought the stuff my son needed for school from his car and met us after he got off so we could get it from him.
