They also provide us with a cost of such services. If we decline a service do to the cost, they do not make us feel obligated to have such services performed. We have returned (at our convenience and financial ability to pay) for other recommended services. More

Saturday night after all of the mechanic shops shut down for the weekend our car decided to have some major sensor issues and would not drive at all, leaving us stranded about 1.5 hours from home with 4 crying kids in the car. Called Ken Garff and Jeremy jumped to work and went way way above and beyond, bending over backwards to not only pick us up (yes all 6 of us, what!) and he drive us 1.5hours back to our home and towed our vehicle back to Ken Garff. It literally humbled me to see someone go out of their way to help someone else. I tried to give him money for the trip and he wouldn't take it because he is an amazing guy. The next day Ken Garff towed our car and Kevin had it fixed and ready to drive by noon the next day these guys are on top of it. You would think after an adventure like that we would have an outrageously huge bill, but they were very very reasonable and definitely have my business for life because of this situation. I will tell this story for years to come. Thanks again Jeremy we appreciate your help. Thanks Kevin at Ken Garff. We love you guys! More

Had ClearBra protective film installed I chose Ken Garff to have the Clear Bra protective film installed on my Honda Accord. Working with Alex was easy and professional. I dropped the car off at the agreed upon time and it was ready when promised. The install is nearly invisible and I'm thrilled to keep the front of the new car protected from the endless bits of rocks and other debris found on Utah roads and highways due to ongoing construction and repair. I'll be back at Ken Garff for all the maintenance on my vehicle and look forward to dealing with Alex again. More

I called for an appt. and when I arrived, they took my car right back for service. I had the emissions done and an oil change. I also paid for the taxes and they put my new sticker on.
