I am on call 24/7 and go out of town with my job. Gotta be able to be there at the drop of a hat. Therefore it is next to impossible to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed. I was having some routine work done and Dino found me and told me he saw a rock chip and that they could fix that for me while I was here. I did now. After starting the 100,000 mile timing belt service and tune up I was informed about a possible need to have a seal changed that would cost another $300 to $400. I was already spending $2,300. If the changing of the seal is common the seal change should be part of the expensive 100,000 mile services. I hated that the service scheduler tried to cross sell me in an intimidating way the additional service. If I were not educated about about car care because my dad was a mechanic for years I would have succumbed to his tactics. I do not appreciate this kind of behavior. More
Had a strange random vibration on my new ridgeline. Ryan a service tech went with me for a drive. He was able to identify a power steering cover issue He had learned about on a Honda tech website. Grateful for a mechanic that goes above and beyond and has the skill and knowledge to identify and fix my problem. More
