Unmet expectations I came in to buy a 2019 Honda HRV. The day I test drove I enjoyed the car and was a little disappointed because the only color on the lot was burnt or I came in to buy a 2019 Honda HRV. The day I test drove I enjoyed the car and was a little disappointed because the only color on the lot was burnt orange-not what I wanted. Vinnie çalled another dealer the next day and found the color I wanted. I was told at that point that they could get the car to the dealer Friday and he would have me in and out in an hour. I showed up at the designated time the car wasn’t at the dealership, long story short the car wasn’t even moved from the other dealership until after I had finished paperwork. The one hour turned into well over 4 hours. We added a remote start on and the parts had to be ordered. Vinnie said he would call me Monday when they came in to set up an appointment. No call Monday. I called Tuesday and got transferred many times to find the parts and then set up my own appointment. In any business if you tell someone you are going to do something by a certain time or in a certain time period you should have enough integrity to hold yourself to that. I don’t feel like there was anything about this transaction that would make me want to come back for my next vehicle. More

In the body fix area one of staff came out and gave me a verbal idea of ding I was concerned about. Others helped with fixing KEY w change of battery. Another issue I had w my phone coming thru my car so I could talk while driving. Another was to reset stuff so I would know miles on car! Thanks guys! More
