Good not great Josh sent me a text telling me the work that would be done. He said they would be done around four on Saturday afternoon so I was home waiting for th Josh sent me a text telling me the work that would be done. He said they would be done around four on Saturday afternoon so I was home waiting for the confirmation that the work was done so i could pick it up but it never came then just before five he was texting my wife’s phone but she wasn’t with me so I didn’t know this when I showed up unannounced at 5:30 Josh and the whole service department had gone home and I was nearly left for the weekend without a car . Thankfully someone from sales was able to find the paperwork and allow me to pay for the work done great service on the car I just don’t understand why he opened one line of communication and then didn’t follow through by same means.
