Professional on time professional and helpful I knew I needed to get in and I went to the web site and chatted with someone and they said someone was going to call me to wrap up my appointment; no I knew I needed to get in and I went to the web site and chatted with someone and they said someone was going to call me to wrap up my appointment; no call. I called the service center and confirmed an appointment for 5pm. Showed up at 5 and only to forget my coupon.. the service writer said he needed it but assured me that he would take care of me. A coolent flush, oil change, tire rotation, transmission drain and an hour later.. the service writer took care of me and in a way reminded me why I keep doing my car needs here. Thanks Josh. More

Poor customer service The Technician who changed my oil a few months back at Kenn Garff Honda over tightened the drain plug on my car. I tried to remove it myself and ende The Technician who changed my oil a few months back at Kenn Garff Honda over tightened the drain plug on my car. I tried to remove it myself and ended up damaging the bolt. I took it back just in case there was any damage to the tread. I had already purchased the oil to do it myself so I asked if I could just use that oil. They aggred to only charge me for labor. When I was waiting, Mr. Short, who was very condescending and lacked an ounce of personality, told me that the oil I bought was not synthetic, he said I needed 0W -30, I took his word and assumed I made a mistake and bought conventional oil. I didnt check the oil I purchased until I was home... sure enough I bought 5w-30 Full synthetic oil. I was scammed into buying thier oil. When I checked out to pay, I was charged for the drain plug. I was tired of sitting for an hour for an oil change so I just paid for it because I wanted to leave. When Mr. Short handed me my receipt he asked if I used an open ended wrench to remove the plug, then proceeded to lecture me on how to remove a drain plug in his condescending way. I was so pist that I just walked out because I did not want to make a scene in the service department. I have been changing my own oil for almost 30 years. The only reason I took it in to begin with was because I was given 3 free oil changes when I bought my car. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ken Garff and I can assure you I will never purchase another one and I will be sure to tell everyone about Mr. Short and how poor his customer service was. To think future sales lost over a $13.99 bolt that was put on too tight by your service department and a rude service tech. Thank you for your time. More

Quick friendly service I like taking our van in for oil changes at Ken Garff. It usually takes less than an hour and they look over our entire van. It would have been helpful if the service man had mentioned those to me, explained what those things were and if they were fixed, or need to be fixed. I suppose I’ll be calling Monday morning. More
