Too many mistakes made. We went in just to look and to see what options we had. We found a car we loved. Them making the deal take a long time. They spend a lot of time in the “back room” We finally found something that worked. Then the next day I got a call asking for us to come back in. They messed up the VIN. They sold us the wrong car... So we went back in, signed paper work again. They messed up AGAIN?! So third time is the charm they got it right. Now I’m dealing with the bank because they got the financing wrong and sent to the wrong account. What a mess. More
