Took my CR-V in for check engine light. Jacob took excellent care of my needs! I dropped keys off late the night before right at closing time but Jacob and Dino were there to help me and d Jacob took excellent care of my needs! I dropped keys off late the night before right at closing time but Jacob and Dino were there to help me and didn't hurry or rush me. Next day I got a very timely video evaluation of the issues early in the day and an estimate for repairs to authorize. When picking up the vehicle, Jacob had a customer already that got there just before me and Dino stepped right in and took excellent care of me to get me checked out and keys returned. Ken Garff Honda Riverdale has great staff and excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!! More

Ken Garf in Riverdale serviced and repaired my car in a timely manner. They provided me with a car to drive while they fixed mine because I had waited for a while for the part to arrive, this was no fault timely manner.
