Mario is a pro. Was ready to go when I showed up and made the transaction efficient and fun. He was honest ("I'm learning right along with you, Gary"). I bought the Tesla Model 3 which was in great shape and spotless - except for... the tires. I mean I get this... people new to the Tesla world often burn through tires quickly (I know this from experience - I have a Model S as well) until they figure out that launching these cars every time you go someplace leads to very quick tire wear. Having said that, you guys shouldn't be selling cars with worn tires. Now I gotta go through the hassle of getting an appointment and buying tires... you should have new tires on a car like this when you sell it. It's the right thing to do! More
