Second vehicle we have purchased from this location. Jeremy was very helpful and always available. Everything was going well and as expected, I placed an order for my vehicle six months ago. When I came to pick up my vehicle come to find out, it was white instead of gray. I was never notified that I was not going to get my first choice color. I assumed since it was a six month wait I would likely get my requested color. The only reason I would’ve expected a different color is if someone backed out and I had the option to buy it. I got the excuse that the inventory manager made the decision but he never told Jeremy or myself. Since I had been waiting for so long and already sold my other vehicle, I couldn’t wait longer to try and get my requested color. I’m sure most buyers would’ve freaked out and walked away, but I kindly went with it. The only other thing that was kind of a bummer was they did not remember the deposit I had down on the vehicle. Luckily, I did on my way home and will have to return with a new check. Jeremy was honest and helpful and good to work with. Babe More
