By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I pulled up in my Jeep, and was immediately greeted by Eddie. He was polite to my friend and I, and he was very fun to work with, while still maintaining professionalism. We were at the dealership for about 4 hours, and had wonderful service. We also spoke with Taylor, and he was very relaxed and fun. I usually hate car dealerships and salesmen, but I would be happy to go back to this Ken Garff Honda any time. My friend even said to me, "That was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever been around for." If you want great service from great people, this is the place to go. Eddie always goes out of his way to get you the best deal and any special features your looking for. During the winter he had a broken foot and went to a lot of trouble helping us get studded snow tires on a and any special features your looking for. During the winter he had a broken foot and went to a lot of trouble helping us get studded snow tires on at a local tire company several blocks away, during the worst snow storm of the season, I can still see him wading in the snow with his foot brace making sure we was able to get home to Evanston Wyo. 70 miles away!
