Everyone who worked at this dealership was extremely pleasant and very accepting of my wants and needs. The sales manager came out from behind the glass and worked with my wife and I directly so there was never a time when I was in the dark about what was going on with the sale price of the new car and my trade in. They immediately gave me a price that was much lower than anyone else and did not take any money away from my trade value. They actually exceeded my requests by a fair amount even though I told them I would by at "x price". I have purchased many cars over the years and I have never felt that good about a situation and I have since sent several friends there to purchase new Honda vehicles. At this point I wouldn't buy anything from another sales team. Lucy with internet sales was extremely helpful and contacted me quickly with lots of information, Ron and Brandon were great, no pressure salesmen, and Chris coming out from behind the glass to show me multiple scenarios was priceless in my opinion. I will not shop anywhere else and will continue to send friends and family there. More

I worked with Al Kramer of the internet sales team to purchase a new accord. The price he quoted was invoice and was within $1 of the quotes I received from two other dealerships. I had worked out all of the details before I walked into the dealership. The price when I went in was exactly what he quoted and I was out the door in 1 hour.
