He understood our needs and gave us an excellent deal on the price matching our requirements. Finance person educated us on several options for coverage without pressurizing us to purchase them. Car left sitting for 2 months Very disappointed with the service I received here. Took my '09 Honda CRV in to get the airbag inflator fixed, per a recall letter I was sent. The rec Very disappointed with the service I received here. Took my '09 Honda CRV in to get the airbag inflator fixed, per a recall letter I was sent. The recall covered a high number of cars and so my repairs took 2 months. During the whole time my car was at the dealership, it was left to sit without being turned on and so when I came to pick it up, the battery was dead (had been in use for 2.8 yrs) and the Service Manager told me that it would fall to American Honda to help me if I wished for a reimbursement on the cost of a new battery. Talked with Honda and it turns out the dealership was responsible, as they had the car and were servicing it. Very unhelpful and will not return. More

They are always quick with repairs and keep me apprised of what is going on and anything unexpected they may find. They have a van service I have only used a couple of times which was also an efficient and pleasant experience. Their service reps are uniformly friendly and welcoming. Even though there are a lot of people working there, I always feel like I have come to my neighborhood garage where they have known me for years. I can't say better than that! More
