Not happy with sales and the way we were treated Very Bad We went to buy a car, looked at 2 used at different places and ended up looking at new. We sat down made up a deal. Did not have time to finish up until the next day. We thought about it and told the salesmen and sales manager the next day that I was not sure I got the best deal. That I should look around to make sure being that it was the first place we looked at for new. Brandon (manager) did not remember the deal and said we were buying a 2017 not a 2016 the salesman had to tell him it was a 16. Then the manager said what do you want? I said $1000 more off he then said no way. I said ok let's work something out so I feel that I got the best deal with out going some where else. I said throw in the other option that that was on the car. There were 3 options we got 2. The 3rd one was total $276.00 is all. He went back and said I'm not going to do it at all. If you don't want to buy the car I don't care. If you want to go somewhere else fine Have a good life see ya. He said this is the lowest that I have ever sold this car. He has been working there about 7 years and I said how can you remember selling this car lower than any other one after 7 years but not even know what deal or year that we were working on from the previous day. He would not answer the question. Not happy at all that Brandon would not understand are view here. My Wife and I thought he was very rude. We left with a bad taste in our mouths. I called the main manager back Wayne a few days later to tell him what happened and he sympathized and favored sides with the sales manager Brandon not the customer WOW. More
